Susanne worked within customer services for 6 years before starting her career within the hospitality industry. Previously she worked as a Front of House Manager for Hermitage Rd Bar & Restaurant. During her time there, she also organised clients’ events and made sure that the business ran like clockwork. Susanne is happily married to husband Scott and in her spare time she enjoys exploring the countryside with their Border Collie.
