Our Head Chef Shane gets his love of food from his Father, who is a trained chef and loves to cook. This sparked Shane’s passion for food from a young age and motivated the start of his career 8 years ago as a Commis Chef. His hard work was soon recognised, winning Milton Keynes’ Best Chef in 2012. Shane went on to earn two rosettes during his time as Head Chef at The Knife & Cleaver in Houghton Conquest. Shane loves the creativity and pressured environment that a gastro pub kitchen provides. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding and looking after his beloved Staffordshire Terrier.
