Kirsty has a rich history within the catering industry having trained for 3 years as a Pastry Chef and has developed her career having worked for a wide range of hotels, restaurants and pubs for over 14 years. A local herself Kirsty enjoys nothing more than getting to know the regulars at the Knife & Cleaver and holding events to build special memories for her guests.
