Amy joins us from 185 Watling Street following her promotion! Her experiance includes managing large offices and event management before going into the hospitality industry with Las Iguanas. Amy has an adorable daughter called Matilda, who is 1 and a half. When she’s not at work she is mostly chasing around after Matilda, chucking bread at ducks, endlessly going down slides and finger painting. She is really looking forward to making The Knife & Cleaver everyones favourite local and getting to know everyone in the area.
